Hello, I'm subletting my fully furnishe...For Roommates

Hello, I'm subletting my fully furnished private bedroom (approx. 12 m²) for 2 weeks only, from 01.09.2026 until 14.09.2026, in my beautiful two-level maisonette apartment in the heart of Berlin Mitte. The apartment is located on a very quiet residential street close to Rosenthaler Platz and Volkspark am Weinberg — super central, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, shops and public transport nearby, while the apartment itself is peaceful and tucked away from the noise. About the apartment: Approx. 80 m² two-level maisonette apartment * Private furnished bedroom of approx. 12 m² * Bedrooms are located on the upper level (under the roof) * Large shared living room * Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen * Balcony * 2 toilets * 1 bathroom * Wi-Fi * Price includes all furniture, equipment, bedsheets, towels etc * €500 for the full 2-week stay, including all bills. Deposit €300. You'll be sharing the apartment with me. 😊 I work from home, so I appreciate a calm, clean and respectful home environment and would ideally love to find someone who doesn't work from home full-time. I'm vegetarian, so another vegetarian or mostly vegetarian person would be a lovely fit, although it's not an absolute requirement. No pets, please. I'm looking for someone friendly, independent and considerate who will treat the apartment as their home during their stay. If you're interested, please send me a little introduction about yourself. Looking forward to hearing from you! 🌿
