My glorious nest near the Lietzensee is available starting January 2024 while I am on assignment (6 months, possibly more). One bedroom and a spacious living room-dining room with a terrace/balcony looking out over the rooftops of one of the most charming streets in Berlin. Huge bathroom with separate tub and shower. The place is bright, full of plants, a piano, and art. Looking for someone respectful to take care of it for me while I am away. The Leonhardtstr/Stuttgarterplatz Kiez is just a black away. Within a few blocks of Sbahn Charlottenburg, also close to the U2&U7, lots of buses. Anmeldung is possible. 1550eu per month includes internet and utilities. Deposit is 3300eu.
