Looking for a sublet for a large 1 bedro...For Rent

Looking for a sublet for a large 1 bedroom + den/1 bath in South Loop from 11/1 (extremely flexible) - 6/30/2024 with the option to renew. My wife and I have lived here for over a year and have loved the apartment but unfortunately have to relocate for work. Unit will be unfurnished but we are willing to leave certain furniture if desired (patio furniture, couch, mattress) Rent ($2150/mo) includes 1 heated/covered garage parking space, storage locker, and internet!!! Tenant is only responsible for gas and electric. The unit features in-unit laundry, floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances, and a MASSIVE private terrace. Set back from Michigan Ave, the apartment is quiet but the location offers excellent access to many CTA busses, <10 min walk to red, orange, and green lines, and plenty of restaurants. Please message with any questions. 1430 S Michigan Ave
