I'm vacating my single room because I'm leaving Ireland. The flat is located in Rathmines, 5 minutes walk from a large number of buses including the 15 which runs all night, 8 minutes walk from the LUAS green line and less than 10 minutes walk from all amenities (Lidl, Aldi, Tesco, Dunnes, Flyefit, etc). The flat is shared with two young French tenants (no need to be French, they both speak good English). Profile sought: Young, hard-working, preferably male (but females also accepted), clean.
