$1,591 BEAUTIFUL ROOM & PRIVATE BATHROOM...For Roommates

$1,591 BEAUTIFUL ROOM & PRIVATE BATHROOM FOR RENT (GLENDALE, CA) *** AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 2 *** Beautiful room with private bathroom and gorgeous view for rent. We are in a 3-bedroom 3-bathroom, 2-story apartment (1,600 square feet total) here at “Avalon Glendale,” which feels more like a nice townhouse. This is a resort-style luxury apartment with a pool and gym. Very safe, with lots of security services (gated enclosed parking with a night guard, and a gated perimeter). The common area of our apartment is beautifully furnished, and includes a 65” TV. We are all fun, clean, and easy to get along with. Our only rule is that we all keep the common area / kitchen perfectly clean when we’re done using it. The apartment complex (Avalon Glendale) is less than a mile from The Americana at Brand and the Glendale Galleria, and a couple blocks from the 134 Freeway and the 5 Freeway for easy access to other towns. There is a Ralphs Grocery Store across the street. No pets, drugs, or smoking. Let me know if you want to come check out the place, it's a great deal for such a nice place. :) -Tim Leaton P.S. I am a 41-year-old guy working as an Editor & Assistant Editor on the TV show “America’s Got Talent.” The other roommate is a really nice 28-year-old guy who works in Monrovia doing supply chain work.
