Looking for someone to take over my leas...For Roommates

Looking for someone to take over my lease for January 2024 to July 2024, while I study abroad for a semester. Preferably, a college student/recent college grad/young adult. House is with all music and film majors at USC, who enjoy collaborating with others. 5-10 min walking distance from USC in North University Park, located near USC Village and LA Metro Stations Comes with a music studio for recording/producing, parking, and a backyard with hot tub.
