Hey everyone! So right now im just looki...For Roommates

Hey everyone! So right now im just looking for a roommate for my 2 bed 2 bath place in Brentwood to move in beginning of May. The place costs 1280 a month and including utilities and a parking space! We got an 80 inch TV in the living room and a really nice couch setup as yall can see in the pics. The place is right behind a 7/11 and walking distance from a Ralphs making it a really convenient location for any quick shopping. Overall im a very chill and clean person. I love singing and playing guitar! So we can hit karaoke nights if you’re down. Otherwise if you like to keep to yourself I have 0 issues with that.
