My place is literally FIVE min from the cleanest, QUIETEST residential beach in LA (I’m not even being biased- it also has free parking). It’s an utterly adorable 1 bd/1 bath apartment and I’m completely obsessed with it, so I really want to find the right person to enjoy it for a little while 🙂 Features include: hardwood floors, skylight bathroom, most comfortable bed known to man, electric fireplace, gas stove/oven— even an electric drum set (it’s my baby though so pls guard it with your life :)). Soft, furry rugs and blankets also make up like 70% of the surfaces because a bish likes to be comfy. All utilities, internet, parking included in the price. Oh did I mention there’s a personal parking spot? 💅 I can probably go on and on about how much I’m in love with my little seaside sanctuary but you get the idea. I will be gone April 17-Jul 15. Ideally looking for someone to stay the whole time. It will be an Airbnb-esque setup- ie i’ll clear out closets and kitchen cabinets so you have room for your things (other than cooking essentials, utensils, silverware, which you are welcome to use of course).
