Hello! I am making available a shared s...For Roommates

Hello! I am making available a shared space for 01 person in a single apartment located in one of the best areas in Oslo, next to beautiful parks like Nordre Skøyen Hovedgård and Østenjøvannet parken in a neighborhood called Bydel Østenjø. 10 minutes walking from Høyenhall and Hellerud subway stations and bus stops. I do not ask for a deposit of 2 months in guarantee because I close a contract for a fixed time. 30/60/90 days (we should negotiate about it). Value: 12.500NOK/month with energy, water and internet included. Payment in advance. I am a lawyer in Brazil and here in Oslo I act as Senior Advisor. I have a tenant currently in the space but it will be out on October 22nd. Since the apartment is shared with me, I will select the interested person, so it would be good to talk a little about you via inbox. Starting date: October 23, 2023.
