Hi! I live in a three-room apartment ...For Roommates

Hi! I live in a three-room apartment (65 m²) in Älvsjö, Solberga, and I’m looking for a new flatmate. My current one is moving out at the end of August, so I need a new tenant immediately. First come, first served! Solberga is located about 10 minutes on foot from Älvsjö Station or 4 minutes by bus, quite central in southern Stockholm (20 minutes away from the door to Stockholm City). Of course, you will have access to all rooms and areas in the apartment, and you’ll get the larger bedroom. The room is partly furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and everything you might need. As a flatmate, I don’t have any requirements beyond the obvious: organized, clean, responsible, and not too noisy in the evenings, since both I and the neighbors prefer a quiet environment. Move-in date: Immediately Move-out date: 31/1-26 Deposit: 1 month’s rent, meaning 2 months’ rent for the first month. Included in the rent: Electricity, internet, and heating. Rent: 5000 SEK for students / 6000 SEK for working professionals.
