One room for rent in a condo unit walkin...For Roommates

One room for rent in a condo unit walking distance from Yorkdale subway station/shopping centre, available August 1. SINGLE OCCUPANCY ONLY. The other roommates in the unit are young professionals in their twenties. We have two "forever" cats, and also foster one or two additional cats until they're adopted. People willing to foster a cat in their room (including feeding them and changing the litter box daily) will be prioritized! The bed and tall white storage shelf can either remain in the bedroom or be removed, if you would prefer the room to be unfurnished. The bathroom is shared with two others (currently one male and one female). SMALL pets may be considered (fish, reptiles, invertebrates, etc.), but additional cats or larger pets will not be. Rent is $1200/month and includes all utilities and internet, as well as access to cable television and select streaming services. Laundry and dryer are available for use in unit. Building amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness room, library, and saunas. One year lease terms are preferred. A corner parking spot in the underground parking lot is available for rent for an additional $150/month. If you have any questions or would like to set up a viewing, please send me a message! Note: a different, larger room in the unit will be available as of September 1, for $1350 monthly. If you are interested in seeing pictures of that room, feel free to message me for them.
