Hi, I’m renting out a room for one ...For Roommates

Hi, I’m renting out a room for one year in a three-room apartment. The room includes: - a large wardrobe, - shelves, - a private fridge and freezer I’m looking for a female tenant who is tidy, responsible, and calm. **Pets are allowed.** One month’s deposit is required. The apartment is located in Vega (Haninge)– a newly built and modern area. Nearby you’ll find commuter trains (pendeltåg), buses, a library, gym, grocery store, and restaurants. It takes only 20 minutes to T-Centralen.
