one separate room in three bedroom apartment, shared kitchen and toilets/bathroom, only me and my younger sister is living there and we want to rent the extra room out to one and single person. the room is without furniture because anyone interested may have his or her furniture to bring but furniture like bed and wardrobe can be provided after agreement has been reached. the price covers everything heating, electricity except there is no Wi-Fi and again, Wi-Fi can be provided if it is so important for the tenant., the storage in the basement for the apartment is big enough to share if the tenant has anything he or she wish to keep in the storage. there is bicycle room in the basement, the general laundry room can be booked anytime. the location is in a very nice neighbourhood, it is 10 min walk to Vällingby centrum where you have all the groceries and bars and restaurants and shopping mall, and 10 min walk to Spånga train station and bus stop is just right outside the building. about me: I am Mike by name and my sister is Joy and we are from Nigeria, we are very friendly and very calm. we respect people's privacy and personal space, we of course majorly eat African/Nigerian dishes, and cleanliness is very important to us, therefore we need someone who is big on cleanliness and hygiene . she works with Hemfrid and I work with Instabox, therefore only none working hour you can find us at home.
