Hi there! We are a small group living in a villa in Tyresö and would now need a fourth person to come and live with us. The room is actually intended for a couple, but of course it works just fine for one person as well. Since it is intended for a couple, it is a relatively large room with a double bed included, there is also room for a desk if you so wish. As I said, we live in a villa, which is very comfortable. Good kitchen (with dishwasher), TV room, dining room, laundry room, place to store things / furniture and the best - a sauna! We sublet, however you can register your address here as well. The address is Snövits väg 17 in Tyresö. It is a bit from the inner city, but by walking + bus you are in Gullmarsplan in about 20 minutes, which I think is perfectly fine. The buses go often and they go on weekends + nights. SEK 6,500 for a single person and SEK 7,400 in total for a couple - Everything included (electricity, water, wifi, etc.) Can move in at any time, but preferably no later than February 1st.
